1. Make sure any older versions of the application are not running.
2. Unzip the downloaded file. The Mac version unzips to a “pkg” installer file and the PC version unzips to an “msi” installer file.
3. Double-click to launch the new installer. Follow the
   on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
